▶ Cinefox – Guide for Overseas Users (Point Purchase & Service Policy) Cinefox is a Korean website, and our service is primarily intended for users located in Korea. Currently, viewing passes (subscription passes) can only be purchased via KakaoPay, Naver Pay, or Korean mobile payment (carrier billing). Credit card payments are not supported for viewing passes. However, instead of purchasing a viewing pass, you can buy points, which can be used to watch content. ▶ How to Purchase Points (For Overseas Users) 1. Credit Card You can pay using an overseas credit card (only Visa, MasterCard, or JCB are accepted). ☞ Payment Steps: Credit Card (신용카드) → Other Cards (그외카드) → Select Visa / MasterCard / JCB → Proceed with payment ▶ Point & Content Usage Policy -Points do not expire and can be used at any time. -No refunds are available for point purchases made via bank transfer. -All purchased content can be re-streamed or re-downloaded within 7 days of purchase. -If streaming or downloading does not work smoothly, please try again in a location with a better internet connection. ▶ Important Service Notice Cinefox is a domestic Korean service, and access from outside Korea may be unstable due to differences in internet or network environments.
